Idillyc Holiday Home, Close to Lucca with Annex and Space for Pool
This lovely house set just outside Celli di Puccini (hence the name) is the kind of holiday home anyone would dream off. Just 30 minutes outside Lucca in this historic village overlooking the Serchio Valley that leads down to Lucca.
The location is completely perfect, being far enough away from the roads to be silent but close enough that one can walk to some local services. The house has fused wiring and an oil fired heating system. There is public water and a private water source.
The accommodation includes a very attractive living/dining area although the kitchen is still quite basic. There are some two smaller rooms on this floor as well as a pizza oven.
The house was converted into two apartments for rental purposes so one of the upper bedrooms has been converted into an eat-in kitchen with access out to the upper terrace. There are also 2 bedrooms, both with dual aspect and two bathrooms.
Downstairs, there are two large bedrooms, with French doors to the lower terrace accessed by a wooden spiral staircase or from the outside.
In the land, there is another building finished to builders finish which would make a great changing room for an eventual swimming pool or storage or possibly even a garage.

At the bottom of the road, there is a brook where fishing can take place. Just up the road is the Puccini Museum and Restaurant.
