This is a fantastic house from which one can keep fit. There is parking lower down the hill but the house is accessed currently on foot. There is a private gate leading to the courtyard where 'al fresco' dining can easily be enjoyed.
There is a kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom and a bedroom on the ground floor with 3 bedrooms upstairs and a second bathroom.
The great thing about this land is that it is flat and so it should be very easy to put a panoramic pool in. The barn could be a pool house or could even be converted into a second dwelling.
The village is well lived in with full-time inhabitants living on the courtyyard underneath the house. This is shown in the care of the village. There are no services attached to the house but there is a water meter, an electricity meter and the tap to connect the house to the communal gpl installation.
