This typically Tuscan property is found within walking distance of the spa town of Bagni di Lucca. It was restored in 2008 by a local interior designer and architect. No expense was spared with the materials and features care was particularly taken of the lighting, the bathrooms and the kitchens to make this, the unique property that it is today.
The owners have had to move due to work commitments but leave the property with a full property management service and rental exposure if the new owner would like it.

The windows are original Tuscan style but completely restored. The fireplace is working. Originally, this was designed to be an apartment that slept four. It has a double bed and a sofa-bed.
Apartment 2
This is a studio apartment with a working fireplace. It has one bedroom and an attractive bathroom with shower. This has a very attractive kitchen with a beautiful lighted shelf feature.
Main House
This is a gorgeous place with french doors leading out to the sun terrace. Again the kitchen has been made to be a feature with integrated lights and extractors. There is a study and a library also on the ground floor. The study could be made larger if desired as an extension plan was granted to the owners and could probably be reactivated.
The main house has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The master bedroom suite is amazing with two his-and hers bathrooms. The large bathroom has a working fireplace and is also ready for a pellet burner to be fitted. There is also a walk-in closet.
The guest bedroom is on the second floor with its own half-bath. The half-bath also has the laundry in it.
The entire home is heated with GPL and has two boilers, one for the main house and one for the guest apartments.
This property could be bought to rent out completely although it would be perfect for someone to live in the main part of the house and rent out the other two apartments. The rental market in this area is very buoyant.
