This house is located in a small hamlet in the hills of Lucca, it comes with land and car access all the way to the front door.
The house is a traditional stone building and on one side it is attached to the barn on two floors that could became more useful living areas.
Once you enter into the kitchen with fireplace and bread oven you will have one room on the right, perfect for dining area, then accross one door you arrive to the living room, a room where the first bathroom could be made and the stairs to access to the top floor.
On first floor you will find a bathroom and two double bedrooms.
The roof was done quite recently, with waterproofing. The top floor was recently plastered and new double glazed windows.
The Ground floor needs complete restoration though.
At the back of the house there is another barn that could be integrated with main house.
