Village house with garden ready to move into
Just few steps away from the parking, this two floors house is located at the edge of the village in the municiaplity of Borgo a Mozzano.
The house is above the street level as it is built on a slope, the garden is accessible from the parking space through a pedestrian gate and few steps.
Main entrance is located at the back of the house, you enter into a small corridor that opens to kitchen, living room and laundry area.
The kitchen is big enough for tables and chairs and there is a french door out to the garden; from living room you access to a covered "veranda" with a pellet burner where the owner create a dining room, you have a door to access the garden from here as well.
