The house is accessed by an electric gate into the flat, fenced parkland and the villa which has a garage on its lower level. The rooms inside are large with high ceilings. The living area is characterised by a double-sided fireplace.
The house is heated in the winter by methane and uses solar panels to heat the hot water from the solar panels.
The kitchen is a walk-through kitchen which leads directly out to where the pool is which has a jacuzzi corner. The pool is completely surrounded by hedges and is a 12 x 6 m pool.
Also under the is the taverna which has a pizza oven as well as a kitchen, beyond this is a cantina with wine.
The main bedroom is ensuite and the study is also used as a fourth bedroom.
The other feature of the house is that it has two beautiful, wooden staircases.
Outside, there is an annex which could be a studio and then there is a wood storage room.
