The house has full central heating which runs on communal gas making it a great house all year round. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom which is large enough for a bath.
Underneath the house is a cantina and wood storage. At the moment, these two rooms are not connected to the living floor but it is possible to connect to these two rooms using a staircase.
Included in the price is a barn with land so it is possible even to have this as an outhouse with a pool in the middle of the olive grove.
