This Apartment is located in the Church square, the location also giving it a sense of not beeing in town even if it is 2 minutes away from Bar Italia.
The Apartment is located on first floor, with access from a shared stairs (there are two more apartments in the building). Once you enter you will find in front of you the kitchen, big enough for a table and with a small back balcony; on your right you will find a living room with the balcony overlooking the piazza and the bedroom.
On ground floor of the building there is a garage, where you can park your car.
The house needs restoration, there is no central heating but a pellet stove will be enought for heating it up.
