The complex is entered by means of electric gates down to the garden which is mainly gently sloping land. Land in the garden has been cleared for a pool and the entire garden is illuminated for parties and 'Al-Fresco' dinners.
The house is heated by means of a bionass boiler even though there is methane passing right in front of the gate of the complex. There are two wells on the site as well as public water provision.
The ground floor apartment has four sizeable rooms, one of which has two large glass windows, there is a huge double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenette in the sitting room and direct access to the covered terrace.
Up the exterior stairs there is a second apartment which has a large kitchen with fully working fireplace, a sitting room with a home cinema and a second fireplace. This sitting room has direct access to the terrace which faces Florence. The apartment is completed with a luxury bathroom, and large bedroom. This apartment has a minstrals gallery with three attic rooms one of which, is used as a home gym.
The third apartment has never been used and consists of a kitchen/diner, bedrooom and bathroom with shower. It has a private entrance.
Underneath the entire house is a large cantina which has been used as a games room.
These upper two apartments are divided by a plaster board wall so, eventually, these apartments could be united.
The area is well served with shops and even a bus service very close by.
The Mugello is famous for its location close to Florence, its autodrome and, Montescenario within walking distance. Montescenario is a monestery but is considered a place of retreat.
