Terraced house on the edge of the medieval village of Coreglia, with garage and land
The main entrance to the house is from a staircase that leads you to the garden/terrace from which you can enter to the cellars or take the stairs and access to what was once an hairdresser's salon, this has a service bathroom. This room is connected to the entrance from the historical side of the village. On first floor you will find the first bedroom, the kitchen and a living room that opens up towards the closed terrace and the balcony. On the top floor you have two more bedrooms and a bathroom. The attic is good for storage, but not high enough for beeing use as proper rooms.
The house needs updating, but has a lot of potential. The roof has been redone with solar panels for hot water. Central heating is running with wood or with gas.
The floors are in "graniglia"
Underneath the garden there is a good size garage, made for two cars, and on the other side of the road there is a piece of land where your guests can park their cars.
Coreglia is a great Municipal town with 2 restaurants, two bars, a hotel and several AirBnB properties.
Above the town is a camp site which has several activities running from it inluding Ebikes which give a great opportunity to explore this stunning area.
Just an hour away is both the ski slopes and, in the other direction, the beach.
