Terraced house restored in the centre of Pieve Fosciana
Recently restored by the owner, this terraced house is walking distance to all the amenities as it is located in the centre of the town of Pieve Fosciana. It is on three floor plus the basement where they have installed the washing machine and the dryer and stored some wardrobe. The dining/kitchen is the first room where you arrive, has a window overlooked the park and will remain furnished. On the middle floor you will find the living room and the bathroom with shower and on top floor you will find two bedroom, the master has a window that overlook the Alpi Apuane and the Pania and the smaller one with bank bed is still overlooking the park. The house has a pellet stove that blow hot air in the entire house, but also has the predisposition for beeing connect to the city gas just outside the main door.
