This second floor apartment is set within an ex-hotel in the Ponte a Serraglio area of Bagni di Lucca. The apartment is characterised by high celings and is flooded with light.
The communal entrance is very grand with a wide staircase leading up to the second floor where the apartment is found.
One walks through the door into a very large, open living space with the kitchen in it. There is a glass door out to the terrace for wonderful morning coffee. On sunny mornings in the Winter, one can even enjoy coffee outside on this terrace.
There are two arches into the 'zona camera' off which the three double bedrooms are found. There is a full bathroom and a cloakroom.
The entire apartment has new floors that were put in in 2006 when a full restoration took place.
The original windows have been restored and the shutters have always been maintained.
