There is full car access and gates into a spacious parking area. The rest of the land is terraced for olives. There is lots of space for a pool and solar panels too if someone wants to go 'green'.
There is a gorgeous sun terrace in front of the house which is partially roofed and partially covered with Wysteria. Providing shade for those 'Al-Fresco' meals.
Inside the house has an open living area with kitchen in the large space. Off this, there is a fully fitted utility room and laundry.
There are three steps up to the downstairs cloakrooms for guests.
The stairs are well profiled going up to the upper floor are beautifully profiled with an open landing. The landing leads to two double bedrooms, one of which is dual aspect and the other is a large double guest bedroom.
When this house was first built, the foot print allowed for a third bedroom behind the house, this should be very easy to add.
This area is appreciated by the local Italians as they all know that this side of the valley offers lots of light and amazing sunsets over the Apuan Alps.
The house is not isolated despite having so many olives in the olive groves. Olives are very easy to work with, they only need pruning in the Spring then harvesting in November. The owners get 40 litres of olive oil without even trying.
The property is placed, more or less, equi-distance between Pian di Coreglia and Coreglia, judged as one of the most beautiful 'Borgi' in Italy. There is a footpath that connects the two centres where one finds bars, shops and restaurants.
