Village House with Fireplace and Original Features with HUGE TERRACE AND GARAGE
There are two cantinas under the house one of which is used for a laundry and the other which is a storage room.
Up the stairs, one walks across a terrace to the front door and the main living area. The house has a central hallway with a kitchen and sitting room. The kitchen has a fireplace and is quite basic. The sitting room has a wood burning stove and Tessieri traditional, Lucchesi tiles.
Up the stone stairs, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub. The entire house has "persiane" shutters and one of the bedrooms opens out to the amazing roof terrace which is ideal for 'Al Fresco" dining.
The roof was repaired by a well known local building company under the name of Domenico Benedetti in 2022
The restaurant currently has a shop, bar, 2 restaurants and a summer bar where events are held. The village is also only 4 km from Bagni di Lucca and we have often known of clients who have walked into the town to then get the bus back up.
