Beautiiful Bed and Breakfast surrounded by the tuscan hills, above ground pool and a private picnic spot right next to the river.
The property has a gated private drive-way with parking right next to the house. It has three different entrance doors as the house is divided into several sections. The house has gorgeous traditional wooden beams and terracotta tiles. Every part of the property is completely restored. On the right side of the property there is an outside barbecue area with lounge chairs.
The entire property was restored in 2009 with great care. This family have restored many properties over the years and they are all carried out impeccably.
At the moment, the house is divided into three apartments but could easily be returned to a single home with a central hallway.
On the ground floor, there are two of the apartments, either side of the central stairs. One is has an open plan kitchen/diner with spiral stairs going up to the bedroom. The sitting room at the front could be a second bedroom. The upstairs bedroom could easily be connected to the main house.
The other apartment is larger with 2 bedrooms, stone faced walls, an attractive kitchen with an exit to its own garden and a bathroom.
Upstairs is the third apartment which has a mezzanine bathroom. There are two large bedrooms, the kitchen, dining room and there could be a terrace off from this apartment as a roof terrace on top of the bathroom.
Outside the garden is well manicured with parking and a slope that leads up to the barn and above ground swimming pool. The barn has been restored externally and has both electricity and water.
There is a gentle slope up to a wonderful little picnic spot next to the stream where blue dragon flies were spotted during our visit. This is shaded for those hot Summer days.
The exact land is 4742 mq of forest, and garden.
The entire house is heated by a large pellet burner but the house is prepared to have solar panels too.
