Village house with a lot of character in the centre of Casabasciana
Located in the centre of the village, this house is date back to medieval time, on the outside you could still see the arched windows and the flag holder.
It is on two floors above ground. On ground floor you have kitchen and a living room that was once the ball room for the village where all the weddings and the parties were made. On this floor there is also a wc and the stone stairs to access to the top floor;
On top floor you have one bedroom that has been completely restored and that will gives you an idea of how the rest of the house will look once done, two more bedrooms to be restored are still on this level where you will also find a bathroom and two attic rooms that could be converted into more rooms.
In the village there is a bar and a grocery store and 2.5km away there is a restaurant.
