The access is via a very small car and a courageous driver. There are steps going up to the panoramic terrace.
The entrance goes into the kitchen which has both a 'cucina economica' as well as a working fireplace. This leads to a hallway and sitting room. Up the stairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Underneath the house, there are 2 cantinas.
The house has a new roof but, otherwise, needs restoration inside including the wiring and plumbing, as well as the windows and shutters.
Lugliano is a well-lived in village and enjoys fantastic views. There is also a road out of the back of the village which reaches the "Altopiano" restaurant in the Pizzorne for a great Sunday lunch and walk.
