Town Home WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE PARCO DI PINOCCHIO IN COLLODI
The house is located in a courtyard so there is no traffic or noise, despite being within walking distance of all shops and local amenities. It does not have full car access though. The access is level and so easy to access.
The house is developed on two floors and some rooms have been renovated. The kitchen has its own door and is new. This then leads to the dining room following into a third room which will make a sitting room. The sitting room has had some interior work done to reveal the natural stone walls.
The stone steps go up to two rooms, one of which needs work, the other is a passage bedroom. Off this is the balcony and then the bathroom is found at the end of the corridor.
Not only is there is the Pinocchio Park but there is also the Garzoni Castle. This brings tourists in but they will not disturb your little home.
