Village House with Garden, Terrace and Stunning Views
This property is accessed by step down to the front terrace. One enters into a hallway off which is the kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room and dining room. One of the main features of the house is that it opens out to the sun terrace directly from the dining room.
There are marble steps going up to the large upstairs which has three bedrooms and a bathroom, again with a shower. The less attractive thing is the presence of wallpaper and carpet, never mind, that is easy to resolve.

Underneath the house are two large cellars, one with all the wine-making equipment still in tact and the other housing the hot water boiler. The house was fully central heated with gasolio from a tank. The boiler broke and so the owners removed it under advice from their geometra. It is very easy to get a new boiler.
From this cantina, one opens out to the garden which also enjoys amazing views. It may be possible to put a small plunge pool here.
