Large Apartment on Third Floor overlooking the River Lima with Huge Sitting Room
There is still the Festa di Annibale as somewhere, in folklore, they say that Hannibal stabled his elephants here when he made his epic journey across Europe.
The apartment is on the third floor and includes private ownership of the attic although, don't panic the roof is shared.
At the moment, one enters into a hallway to the living room which is larger than 30 mq. The kitchen is on the right which then leads to the servants stairwell, as this building used to be a hotel. There is a small bathroom here too.
The three large bedrooms are along the front of the house with stunning views of the river.
Currently the bathroom is off the main living room but it would be a good idea to make the kitchen a bathroom leaving the sitting room and its two French doors as a living space with gourmet kitchen. These French door lead out to the large balcony which, enjoys great views. This large room has a workiing fireplace.
Although all the utilities are switched off right now, the meters are present and the "palazzo" is lived in all year round.
There is no service charge but there is an engineer, who lives on the top floor who takes responsibility for keeping the communal spaces well maintained. The facade of the building has just been replaced and the roof was replaced just 6 years ago
