Completely Restored Home Located at the edge of the Village with 1500 mq of Land
There are two entrances to the house, one is from the car park and terrace. The other is pedestrian from the village.
Entering from the car park, one enters into the brick kitchen with built-in pizza oven and corner fireplace, this then leads into the dining room via an arch. Off this room there are two sets of two bedrooms. Next to two of these, are the two bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a shower.
In this area is a well-placed storage room with washing facilities.
The stairs lead up to a restored attic that is used as a sitting room. Off this is a storage attic.
The roof is completely restored and insulated. All the windows are in Tuscan style and in chestnut wood. The interior is immaculate and traditionally decorated. The living area floors are in terracotta. Two of the bedrooms are in parque wood, the other two in terracotta.
The other side of the building is a traditional courtyard with historic flagstones.

There is a connnecting path from this village to Lucignana where the famous "Libreria Sopra La Penna" is found. There is a back road down to the village of Calavorno where there is a bar and doctor's surgery.
