Beautifully restored Village house with Garden
This house was restored in full rustic style with a hand built kitchen and attractive stencils on the walls. The main entrance to the house is on the first floor up external stairs, this is very common in our area as the ground floor was used for cantinas.
When the house was restored, it was completely prepared for central heating just that the owners didn't put radiators in as they were planning to only use the house in the Summer. There is already the chimney even for the future boiler.
The second floor has 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower. The third bedroom is on the top floor and there is lots of space to make a second bathroom up here.
The roof is fully insulated with 4 cm thick foam.
Please note that, although the house is sold furnished, there are two wooden chests that the owners will be removing before sale.
