Magnificent hill top house with a terrace with breathtaking views over the hills
Vico Pancellorum is the gateaway to the Oasi of the Balzo Nero mountain. The village has very close affinity with the arts and has an exhibition every Summer. There is also a restaurant at the bottom of the village which has an excellent, newly qualified Sommelier.
The house is in the centre of the village with pedestrian access giving the owner the opporunity to burn off some of the calories consumed at the restaurant.
The house has good attention to detail, with attractive ceiling roses and stunning Tessieri floors from the beginning of the last century.
The main entrance is on the lower ground floor although the main living area, as is traditional in older homes, is on the first floor.
On the lower ground floor, there is a sitting room, three storage rooms or cantinas as well as the stone staircase. One of the cantinas has a small cloakroom in it.
Upstairs on the upper ground floor is the kitchen, the main sitting room and the large, panoramic terrace.c
The second floor there is the luxury of a large landing then three bedrooms but one is accessed through another.
There are three attics.
The house has not been lived in for some time and will need work including the installation of central heating if the house is going to be used all year round.
