Situated in the most pretigious area around Lucca just above Villa Reale where Elisa Bonaparte resided.

The approach is via easy, tarmac, public roads up to the electric gates.

The villa was built in 1970 but has all the organisation of a villa suited for 2024.  It was designed and built by American owners.  It even has an "atrium" i.e. an enclosed garden.

The living area is at the same level as the pool and one enters into a massive kitchen of over 80 mq which was installed just 2 years ago. 

Three of the double bedroom has its own, ensuite bathrooms each with their own shower.  The entire bedroom zone has beautiful hardwood floors.  These bedrooms over look both Lucca and the swimming pool.
