Town House on Cobbled Street off the Main Road WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE STATION AND LOCAL AMENITIES
Like a UK town home, the garage is on the ground floor, this has a good floor, water and electricity. The oil-fired boiler is also in this room. It has a high ceiling.
The main part of the house is accessed up the stairs in front of the house. The living area is open plan with access to the terrace behind the house from the kitchen. This house is an east-west orientated house, the balcony behind the house is bathed in evening sunshine for Al-Fresco dinners directly off the kitchen.
The bathroom is new but it was put where the original bathroom was, there for it is rather compact to say the least.
The stairs up to the top floor are quite steep to the three bedrooms. This is the only area where light work will need to be done as the bedrooms are missing a corridor. It is easy enough to put up some plaster board walls to make a landing. Ideally, a second bathroom could be installed here.
The roof has waterproof felt so should give no trouble. All the utilities are attached and the house has public sewers.
Just close by is the bridge designed by Lorenzo Nottolini across which the local commercial centre is found with shops, bars and services.
