The village has quite a narrow road to get to it but who cares when you see where the road leads you.
In the 1990's, a couple bought and restored three houses in this village back to their original condition. This is one of them. It was restored using all the original materials.
There is a parking place in the garden and steps up to the panoramic terrace which enjoys afternoon sunshine. This is a fantastic place to work from or relax from.
Into the house, there is a large, high living room with space for a large dining table and sofas. This then leads into the kitchen which then leads out to the exterior terrace/second garden.
Up the stairs there is a low landing, a bathroom with shower which was refitted in 2016. There are then two attic bedrooms, one of which is very large and has fitted storage.
The house is sold fully furnished except for one mirror in the sitting room and personal items.
The septic tank is from 1990's and shared with the nieghbour, it gives no problems at all. The heating is fuelled by an comunal LPG tank shared with the nieghbours.
There used to always be a back route down to Valdottavo which hopefully is still clear and can be used to walk into the town.
