Set within the quiet, residential area of Barga, this detached house was built in two stages, the second portion being built in the 1990's.
There are two main entrances, we used the one which opens into the open plan living area WITH FIREPLACE.
The other opens into a regular hallway with a study off it.
In the night time zone, there are three bedrooms and one bathroom.
Underneath the house, the family made a taverna where there used to be a kitchen. There is still a fireplace and access to the cavity wall which circumnavigates the entire house.
Above the living floor is a attic floor which has been converted into a stylish bedroom suite with walk-in closet and bathroom. This is a lovely light room.
Behind the house, there is an annex which consists of a large party room, a bathroom with a steam room and an outdoor kitchen. The boiler room is also part of this and includes a 1000 l accumular water tank.
The carefully landscaped garden has a lemon house with photovoltaic panels on the roof.
There is a second annex which houses the storage room, the pellet boiler room and the wood storage.
The house has both public water and an artesian well for the pool and garden.
