Considered one of the Prettiest Houses in Vico Pancellorum with Panoramic Terrace and Garden
This house is absolutely gorgeous although it will need some TLC inside.
The windows are new and double glazed looking over the beautiful views down to the valley. The living room is stunning with an arched door into the kitchen. The current bathroom is off this room but ideally it would be good to put a second bathroom upstairs.
The original floors are also very pretty.
Up the stairs, there are three bedrooms but, as previously said, the small bedroom would make a great, second bathroom.
Above this is the attic. The roof has the waterproof layer but no insulation.
Vico Pancellorum is a Roman founded village with a history of artistic events within in. This makes it an awesome location. In the winter, the ski slopes are just 35 minutes away.
