ID-Casa Gloria
Stone Village House with PRIVATE PARKING SPACE in Active Village known for its Bookshop SOON TO OPEN A LITERARY CAFE
The house dates back at least 400 years but probably older as the village is Medieval. The house is traditional with the cantinas underneath. There are two cantinas, one accessed from the outside, the other from inside the house. The boiler is kept in the basement accessed by internal stairs.
The main living floor is raised and accessed via 6 steps and a terrace.
The house was fully restored in 1987 when the owners came back from Australia. The house still has that feeling about it and so, although completely liveable, will need some kind of modernisation.
One enters into the hallway.
The kitchen is completely functional and even has space for making it an eat-in. One the other side of the hallway is a the living room which is large enough for both the dining table and the sitting room furniture.
There is a third room which is registered as a bedroom but has been used as a second sitting room. Upstairs, there are three attic bedrooms and the bathroom.
The roof has always been maintained and has waterproof bitchimen paper.
The village is very lively with at least 6 festivals a year and monthly lunches or dinner in the village bar.
This is a house to live amongst Italians in.
