Traditional Farmhouse, Recently Used as an Agriturismo with an Industrial Kitchen, Large Dining Room
The gently sloping, landscape provides a view as far as the eye can see over the Valdinievole up to Monte Amiata on clear days, the cool evening and the typical tranquility of the Pistoia hills. In the Winter, the owner can see as far as Elba.
Under the house, there is a large tecnical centre with a large boiler running on both wood and pellets. On the roof, there are solar panels for hot water, in the winter, the owners use a small gas boiler just for hot water. On this lower level, there is the laundry and a wet style room.
The entrance is into a historic kitchen with an open grill, in which pizza can also be made. To the left is a large, dining area that leads into a further restaurant. The whole thing is serviced by an industrial kitchen.
This portion of the property is designed as a receiption area. It has client bathrooms and staff bathrooms. All these have been certified as have the systems. These rooms could either be used by the family or the new could open up a restaurant in this area as it is completely ready for it.
The entire house is restored in classic, country Tuscan style with terracotta floor tiles and chestnut beams. During the restoration, care was taken to maintain the historic features of a Tuscan farmhouse.
Up the stone stairs, the bedrooms, there are two wings, with 2 bedrooms on one side and 3 on the other. All the rooms are interesting shapes. The floors are tiled in a manner that they seem like hard wood floors.
All the bedrooms are high enough to have suppalcos. Bedroom 1 is a suite of 2 rooms with their own bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a an en-suite shower room and a Minstrals' Gallery.
Bedroom 3 is en-suite
Bedroom 4 is a suite of 2 rooms with an en-suite.
The final room could even have a kitchen in it to make a private suite for the owner.
Outside, there is a gazebo of 40 mq for "al-grezzo dining"
